TMSA MERCH is operated under an agreement with Triad Math and Science Academy (TMSA Public Charter Schools). TMSA names, logos, school names, and related marks are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and are used with authorization. All rights are reserved. Purchasing merchandise does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use any mark.

SELLARTIFY PRODUCTION ASSETS

SELLARTIFY LLC retains its rights in production systems, templates, production-ready files, mockups, automation, manufacturing methods, workflows, and reusable design elements, except where a signed written agreement expressly states otherwise. Unauthorized copying, scraping, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of website content or production materials is prohibited.

ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to keep product, price, availability, school, and policy information accurate. Typographical errors, supplier changes, and stock or production constraints may occur. We may correct errors and cancel unavailable or incorrectly priced items before fulfillment, with a refund of any canceled amount.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Legal Notice, the Terms of Service, or any store policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
