How Personalization Works
- Select your school from the dropdown above.
- Choose Print Side — One Side Print (standard) or Double Side Print (+$2, front and back design).
- Upload your front design using the "Upload Your Front Design" field (required, JPG/PNG/PDF, max 20MB).
- If you selected Double Side Print, also upload your back design using the "Upload Your Back Design" field.
- Add text or special notes (optional) — name, initials, or any note you'd like printed on your cup.
Production Notes (Internal Use)
Before production, confirm: (1) the selected Print Side variant (One Side vs. Double Side) matches the number of design files provided, (2) a "Front Design" file is always present, (3) if Print Side = Double Side Print, a "Back Design" file should also be present — contact the customer if missing, and (4) check the "Text / Special Notes" property for any additional print/engraving requests.
